Please, tell us a little bit more about yourself and your life. What are your interests?

I'm Christopher, I'm 10 years old, I live in Xanenetla, I like playing Basketball.

 

What are the most important issues for children related to the environment and climate change in your community?

I am very interested in replanting trees or plants and not littering, we try not to throw away glass or plastic bottles and prefer to sell them.

 

Can you share an outstanding activity for children and young people that is being carried out in your community to help or protect the environment?

Yes, they taught us that we can make compost for the soil with tree leaves and fruit peels, and also with plastic bottles we make pots for the plants, among the neighbours we get together to sweep, collect and remove what is no longer used. In my school they planted some plants (savilas) and I brought 3 of them, one I planted in the school of the community and the other two I took to my house.

 

You are doing a lot to protect the environment. Do you have a personal dream that inspires you?

I would like to see my community without littered bottles, plastics, cartons, potato bags.
